- SAFEProject: An organization that provides resources for women's mental health and substance use.
- WARMI: A mental health community and network of professionals that works to improve mental health for women around the world.
- National Maternal Mental Health Hotline: A free and confidential hotline that provides mental health support for mothers and their families before, during, and after pregnancy. Call or text 1-833-TLC-MAMA (1-833-852-6262) to connect with counselors 24/7.
